The service was good when they finally made it but on the original day of my appointment no one showed up or called me. I had to call them and no one could give me answers as to what happened. I had to schedule another day for them to come out. I wasn't placed on any priority list or anything just wait again from 12-5 again. So if you want to roll the dice and have the time to spare then call them to get your glass repaired or replaced.

Safelite arrived on Friday morning at our home and we showed them the car. After about an hour he came back to the door and said he couldn’t calibrate the front window. He said we could drive it right away. We did not have anywhere to go so we let the car sit until ready to go to church on Sunday. Sunday morning we noticed the car was unlocked but we discovered we were unable lock it. When we tried to start it, the car was in reverse and wouldn’t start, because the battery was dead. Also we were horrified to discover the rear view mirror was not attached to the window or ceiling instead it was dangling by a cable. We made an appointment with Safelite to calibrate the window. We had already taken our car to the dealer to repair the mirror. When we brought up all the issues we had, the Safelite manager didn’t even respond. We had asked for the “You come to us” option so we did not have to go to San Antonio, instead it took us two appointments. I would not recommend Safelite for today’s modern cars.
